Value in Pahoa. A buildable Nanawale Estates lot in the back half of the neighborhood where it's nice and quiet. Few neighbors. A nicely paved road. The rainforest environment will make you feel like you are miles from civilization. That's not the case here, as the value gets better... The Nanawale Estates Community has a central pool, park, and recreation area available to its residents. Pahoa town is located just a few minutes away by car and with it comes all of the amenities you would expect: groceries, retail, restaurants, cafes, post office, galleries, and more - including the Puna Kai Shopping Center.
