About the Keauhou Estates Area

Part of Kahaluu-Keauhou, specifically the area of Keauhou, this exclusive community is located 25-minutes south from Kona International Airport—and only 5 minutes from the beach! Keauhou Estates is classified as a gated community, with several private areas within the neighborhood. 

There are two points of entry for Keauhou Estates. The first is the north end; Traveling on Kamehameha III Road will allow you to access the community via Kealii Street. Alternatively, one can also enter from the south end when traveling on Alii Highway. Access to Keauhou Estates is via Kaluna Street.

For Keauhou Estates residents looking to stretch their legs for a morning workout or take in the beautiful ocean views, Ohi'a Cave Historic Preserve is just down the road. 

Of course, there’s so much more to do around the island! Keauhou Estates being located right off of Alii Highway means it’s incredibly easy to travel around and see the sights. Going north will take you to Holualoa. In the south, the highway merges into Māmalahoa Bypass Road, which will eventually lead all the way down to Captain Cook
